Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial with all of that plan's features. No card is needed to start; you choose a plan when the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time and the new limits apply straight away. Pay monthly or yearly; yearly billing costs ten months' price for twelve.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are in Indian rupees, and 18% GST is added at checkout. You get a GST tax invoice for every payment.
Is the price per user?
No. Prices are per company. Each plan includes a number of users (5 on Starter, 20 on Growth, unlimited on Business).
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions aren't refundable, which is why every plan starts with a free trial. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy for details.
Can I pay automatically each month?
AutoPay by card, UPI AutoPay or e-NACH is being switched on at checkout. Until then, we email you before each renewal and you pay online in a minute.
