These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SoarLedger, an accounting, invoicing, taxation, financial management and business management platform operated by WILLSOAR Technologies LLP.

By registering for, accessing, or using SoarLedger, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are using SoarLedger on behalf of a company, business, partnership, LLP, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) and WILLSOAR Technologies LLP (“Willsoar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of SoarLedger and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services include the SoarLedger software, website, mobile applications, desktop applications, APIs, integrations, accounting tools, invoicing tools, tax-related functionality, AI features, reports and related services.

  • You confirm that the organisation agrees to these Terms.
  • The organisation will be responsible for the activities of its authorised Users.
  • References to “you” or “Customer” will include that organisation.

SoarLedger is intended primarily for businesses, professionals and organisations.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Protect OTPs and authentication information.
  • Restrict access to authorised individuals.
  • Immediately notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Ensure that Users accessing your Account are authorised.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, except where such activity results directly from a security failure attributable to WILLSOAR Technologies LLP.

We may require identity, business or other verification information where reasonably necessary to provide or secure the Services.

6. Free Trial and Free Features

SoarLedger may provide:

  • Free trials;
  • Free plans;
  • Promotional plans;
  • Limited-feature versions; or
  • Other temporary access arrangements.

The availability, duration and features of a free trial or free plan may be determined by WILLSOAR Technologies LLP. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a free trial or free plan at any time, subject to applicable law.

Data, storage, transaction limits, integrations and other features available during a free plan or trial may be subject to limitations. At the end of a trial period, access may be restricted unless you purchase or activate an applicable paid subscription.

7. Subscriptions

SoarLedger may offer different subscription plans with different:

  • Features;
  • Usage limits;
  • User limits;
  • Storage limits;
  • Transaction limits;
  • Integrations;
  • Support levels; and
  • Pricing.

The applicable subscription price and features will be displayed to you at the time of purchase or subscription. Your subscription gives you a limited right to access the features included in the selected plan during the applicable subscription period. Subscription plans may be changed or upgraded according to the options made available within SoarLedger.

8. Fees, Taxes and Billing

You agree to pay the applicable fees for the subscription selected by you. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access, suspension or termination.
  • We may modify subscription prices prospectively by providing reasonable notice.
  • Price changes generally apply from the next applicable billing or renewal period.

Where a subscription is configured for automatic renewal, the subscription may renew for the applicable period unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the cancellation procedure provided by SoarLedger.

9. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as payment gateways integrated with SoarLedger. We may receive transaction-related information including:

  • Payment status;

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial periods may not be refunded.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have separate conditions.
  • Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current subscription period.

Where a refund is legally required or expressly provided under an applicable offer or plan, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms.
